The Ridgedale Office Center came under new ownership and management in 2016. S & S Development Corporation, a family owned business, purchased the building and directly employs the management team. We are pleased to be working with the existing tenants and look forward to working with new tenants as well.

Improvements have been made and will continue to progress on this great 30+ year old building. The building is cleaned several times a week to empty office trash cans, clean the floors, and clean the common areas. The building also has a nice break room with some vending and a public conference room that is available for use by all tenants.
